Terms & Conditions — Autotogel

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and Autotogel (hereinafter referred to as "autotogel", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at https://autotogel.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity — including but not limited to placing bets, participating in promotions, accessing live casino games, depositing funds, or browsing content — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Autotogel reserves the right to refuse access to any individual who does not comply with the conditions set out herein.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Registration and use of the autotogel Platform is conditional upon the User meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Autotogel does not permit users under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity whatsoever.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform by self-exclusion or by administrative action taken by autotogel.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of autotogel, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must register under your true legal identity. Registration using false, fictitious, or third-party identities is strictly prohibited.

Each User is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single User — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

Upon registration, Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile telephone number. Users agree to promptly update such information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. Autotogel strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

• You must not disclose your account credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted on your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility unless you have notified autotogel of a breach of security promptly upon becoming aware of it.
• You must notify autotogel immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via live chat or email.

Autotogel reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage, including but not limited to: at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, when a User's activity triggers an internal risk review, or when required by law or regulatory guidance. Users are required to supply copies of valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address documents upon request.

Autotogel supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed to serve Malaysian users efficiently. Accepted payment channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency transfers.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment instruments held in the User's own name. Depositing on behalf of another User, or using payment instruments registered to a third party, is prohibited. Autotogel processes deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for fiat payment methods. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable limits are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods used for deposits by the same User, unless an alternative has been verified and approved by autotogel's compliance team.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed on the withdrawals page.
• Processing timelines are estimated as follows: eWallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers and USDT within 15–60 minutes. These timelines are indicative and may vary in exceptional circumstances.
• Autotogel reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where a security review is warranted, for a period not exceeding five (5) business days, pending satisfactory resolution of the review.

Autotogel offers various promotional incentives to registered Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only and may not be claimed by individuals who have previously self-excluded or been suspended.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum bet sizes while bonus funds are active are capped. The applicable cap for each promotion will be stated in the individual offer terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet cap during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%; live dealer games may have specific contribution rates stated in the offer terms.
• Each promotion has a specified expiry window — commonly 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of activation. Bonuses not cleared within this window are forfeited without compensation.
• Autotogel reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour terms already accepted by a User in respect of a bonus already activated.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, coordinated wagering to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or other strategies designed to exploit promotional structures — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed through the autotogel Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant game lobbies and betting interfaces and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 Sports Betting

• All betting markets are subject to pre-match and in-play acceptance rules. Autotogel reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Bets accepted in error — including erroneous odds resulting from technical failures, data feed errors, or human error — may be voided at autotogel's discretion, with stakes returned to the User's Account.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body, autotogel's void and settlement rules shall apply as published in the sportsbook terms.
• Live in-play bets are final once accepted and confirmed. Autotogel is not responsible for delays in live odds feeds that may affect the timing of bet acceptance.

7.2 Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by professional dealers.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term figures based on millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or display errors — the round shall be voided and the stake returned. Any winnings displayed as a result of a malfunction are not valid.
• Autotogel does not guarantee the availability of any specific game title and reserves the right to withdraw or substitute titles without notice.

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the autotogel Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to autotogel immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or third parties with the intent to defraud autotogel or other players.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to claiming duplicate promotions, wagering in patterns designed to exploit contribution loopholes, or "gnoming" (using proxy accounts to access bonuses).
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or benefit from money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification processes.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward autotogel staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Users, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion or responsible gambling restriction imposed on your Account.

All content on the autotogel Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, promotional materials, and domain names — is the exclusive intellectual property of autotogel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Distribute, publish, transmit, or otherwise communicate any Platform content to third parties.
• Use the autotogel brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the operation of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of autotogel's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, autotogel shall not be liable to Users for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if autotogel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Autotogel's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim, or MYR 5,000, whichever is the lesser amount.

Autotogel does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While every effort is made to ensure platform stability and security, Users access and use the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for their own device security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit autotogel's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by autotogel's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Autotogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the User's account is being operated by or on behalf of a minor.
• A request by the User to self-exclude or close their account voluntarily.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to dormant account procedures).

Where a User's Account is closed for reasons attributable to the User's own conduct in breach of these Terms, autotogel reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. Where an Account is closed for operational or administrative reasons not attributable to User misconduct, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the User via the most recent payment method on record, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting autotogel's customer support team via live chat. Voluntary closure does not waive the User's outstanding obligations under these Terms.

Autotogel is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We acknowledge that while the vast majority of our players engage with the Platform recreationally and within their means, gambling addiction is a serious condition that can affect individuals regardless of background or experience.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users via their Account settings, free of charge, at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Once set, reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may activate a temporary suspension of their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or indefinite self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Optional session time notifications reminding Users of time elapsed during a gaming session.

Autotogel processes personal data submitted by Users in connection with account registration, transaction processing, identity verification, and the provision of customer support services. All such processing is carried out in accordance with autotogel's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers who require access to it for the performance of their contractual obligations to autotogel.

Autotogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, autotogel will endeavour to provide notice to affected Users via the Platform, by email to the address registered on the Account, or by a prominent notice displayed upon login.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.

All amendments are effective from the date published on this page, as shown in the "Last reviewed and updated" notice at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between autotogel and a User regarding any aspect of these Terms or the User's Account, the following resolution procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The User must first submit a formal complaint to autotogel's customer support team, providing full details of the dispute. Autotogel will endeavour to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
2. Escalation: If a complaint cannot be resolved informally to the User's satisfaction, the User may request escalation to autotogel's senior compliance team for a formal review.
3. Final Resolution: Where a dispute remains unresolved following the above process, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

Autotogel's decision on all matters relating to the operation of games, wagering outcomes, and bonus settlements shall be final and binding, absent manifest error.
